Most craft, hobby places (and even Wal-Mart) have it...it feels softer to the touch..(I can't for the life of me remember right now what it' called)...OR you can use cardboard or styrofoam. You can also get "spirit gum" which is cheap and easy to find, to apply them over your real ears so they'll stick to your skin if need be...a friend of mine, doing something similar one year, used fake eye-lash adhesive instead... I wold recommend just buying a set at the costume shop. Maybe use werewolf ears or some other character instead of "elf" to get bigger size.
